When the ink runs low and the impression becomes faint, please refill with ink designed specifically for ZOE.
The ZOE Ink Refill (a set including the dedicated refill ink and opener) is available separately. -
If dust or debris adheres to the stamp surface, the impression may become faint. In such cases, gently press the adhesive side of clear tape against the surface to remove the particles. Do not rub the stamp surface with a brush or scrape it with sharp objects, as this may damage it.

If the body becomes dirty, wipe it gently with a non-abrasive cloth. Do not use alcohol when cleaning.
