Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary depending on the delivery method. Please review the information below.

  • Shipping Origin: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Japan

  • Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping

  • Shipping schedule: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping method: EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service)

  • Delivery time: Usually 5–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

  • Shipping fee: Varies depending on destination country/region and package weight.
    International shipping fees apply.

  • Available destinations: We ship to countries and regions where EMS (Express Mail Service) is available.
    However, delivery may be restricted in certain areas due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

Domestic (Japan) Shipping

  • Shipping schedule: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping method: EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service)

  • Delivery time: Usually 5–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

  • Shipping fee: Varies depending on destination country/region and package weight.
    International shipping fees apply.

  • Available destinations: We ship to countries and regions where EMS (Express Mail Service) is available.
    However, delivery may be restricted in certain areas due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

International Shipping

  • Orders shipped within Japan include Japanese consumption tax (10%).

  • Orders shipped outside Japan are treated as export transactions and are therefore not subject to Japanese consumption tax.

  • Shipments delivered outside Japan may be subject to:

    • customs duties

    • import taxes

    • value-added tax (VAT)

    • handling or clearance fees

  • These charges are:

    • not included in the product price or shipping fees, and

    • the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable, including in the case of returned shipments.

  • We are unable to estimate or advise in advance on customs duties or tax amounts in each country.
    For further information, please contact the customs authority in your country of residence.

  • If a shipment is returned due to:

    • refusal of delivery

    • long-term absence

    • or other recipient-related reasons

  • the customer will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs, as well as any customs-related fees.

Taxes and Duties

  • Custom-made items are produced after an order is placed and require approximately two additional weeks before shipment.

  • Orders that include gift boxes or multiple items may be shipped via a parcel delivery service instead of the standard shipping method.

  • We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times, nor can we arrange for carrier hold at a delivery office. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Orders shipped outside Japan may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures or local delivery conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • Any delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect shipping address outside Japan or incomplete customs procedures will be the responsibility of the customer.
