Return Policy

Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the return is due to the customer’s preference (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
 

Return Conditions
Items must be:

  • unused

  • unopened

  • returned in the same condition as received

 

Returns or Exchanges at Our Expense
We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item shipped (wrong product or quantity)

  • Items with damage or defects

  • Significant delivery delays attributable to our responsibility

 

Returns from Outside Japan

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • When returning items, please ensure that accurate product name, quantity, and value are clearly stated on customs declaration documents.

 

How to Request a Return
Please email us at customer@jackalproduct.com with the following information:
Subject line: Return Request

  • Your name

  • Date of delivery

  • Order number

  • Product name and item number (see packing slip)

  • Reason for return

 

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery

  • Items damaged or altered due to customer misuse

  • Items purchased from retailers other than our official website

 

Important Notes for Returns
Please return the item in the same condition and packaging as originally delivered.
